Questions and comments

As a small business, we have and love the opportunity of chatting with you one on one. You can call us anytime during business hours and we will answer your call. It is a live person! We may not have the answer immediately and may call you back. Please call 904-837-6336.

Shipping

As a small business, we use UPS, Fedex and USPS. You have a choice. However, we give you the best pricing and the best support out there. For shipping outside the United States, please contact us directly for a quote hello@staugsew.com

If you are making a purchase over the phone, and online, we will ensure within our capabilities that you are who you say you are. Please note we are taking care of you and your neighbors. This will only happen with the first purchase and after that no more questions! Please bear with us. We really want to do right by you and us.

Returns

Returns are limited to 15 days after purchase with receipt, and excludes sewing machines*. Please make sure item is unused and still has original packaging. Custom made items and cut fabric are not eligible for returns. We have a re-stocking fee of 20% for any returned item, and you will get a store credit.

For online returns, customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item arrived damaged or is not working as intended, please send photos of the issue and contact hello@staugsew.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will take care of you.

*We make every effort during the selection process to match you with your “perfect’ sewing machine, however sometimes, you need one more thing that we didn't envision. For that reason, sewing machines could be exchanged or upgraded to another model at the discretion of St. Aug Sew (additional charges may apply). Privacy

As consumers ourselves, we value privacy. Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party. We work with a company called LikeSew or Rain who is our servicer.
